    Material conflicts are part of the evidence needed to assess the legitimacy of a decision.

    Used by demo_ada. Accepted with “material” retained to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. Read version 3.

    Could this require disclosure of private relationships that have no bearing on the decision?

    That is why the change says material conflicts. A deployment should publish a narrow disclosure policy alongside this protocol.
